摘  要:以混入沥青前后的共混物硫化胶模拟反应共混改性沥青 ,对橡胶 /硫化剂 /沥青、橡胶 /硫化剂2种共混物硫化胶进行了以甲苯为溶剂的抽提 ,并对抽提物进行了元素分析和红外光谱分析。结果表明 ,橡胶 /硫化剂 /沥青共混物硫化胶的抽提物仍呈黑色 ,其质量保留率小于橡胶 /硫化剂共混物硫化胶。SBR/硫化剂 /沥青共混物硫化胶的抽提物H/C值小于SBR/硫化剂共混物硫化胶 ,并且小于纯沥青 ;且含有沥青组分所特有的N原子。 1376cm-1的甲基对称弯曲振动特征吸收峰可作为共混物硫化胶的抽提物是否存在沥青的依据。含沥青共混物硫化胶中 。By simulating the preparation of rubber-modified asphalts with reactive blending, the reaction between asphalt and rubber was investigated by the toluene extraction of the vulcanized rubber/accelerator/asphalt blends and structural characterization, such as IR and elemental analysis,and were compared to the blends of vulcanized rubber/accelerator. The result showed that after the extraction,the former blends were in black color.The mass reservation ratios of the former blends were smaller than that of the latter.The elemental analysis showed that H/C ratio of the SBR/accelerator/asphalt blends was smaller than that of the SBR/accelerator agent blends and pure asphalt.The nitrogen atom was found in the SBR/accelerator/asphalt blend.There was a relatively high content of asphalt in the vulcanized rubber/accelerator/asphalt blends after the long time extraction with toluene.The heavy components,such as resin and asphaltenes,took part in the reaction of with rubber rather than the light components including saturates and aromatics.
