摘　　要：论述EPC工程总承包创造项目产品过程与项目管理过程的关系,介绍发达国家EPC工程总承 包创造项目产品过程管理的特点,创造项目产品过程之间的衔接和交叉,分析其中的经济增长点。The relationship between the process of project product creation and process of project management in EPC is described. The features of process management of project product in EPC of developed countries as well as the engagement and intersecting among project producl creation processes are introduced while the economical points of growth are analyzed.
