摘 要:为观察邻苯二甲醛对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的杀灭作用及其影响因素 ,采用悬液定量杀菌试验法对其进行了研究。结果 ,在 2 0℃条件下 ,以含 10g/L邻苯二甲醛水溶液作用 6 0min ,平均杀灭率为 99.896 % ;含量提高到 2 0g/L ,作用 6 0min ,平均杀灭率可达到 99.992 %。试验温度 4 0℃时 ,10g/L邻苯二甲醛作用 6 0min ,平均杀灭率为10 0 % ;药液pH值由 5 .5降低到 0 .5 ,杀灭率由原来的 99.896 %降到 98.795 % ,pH值 7.5 ,杀灭率可达到 99.994 %。10g/L邻苯二甲醛水溶液作用时间由 6 0min延长至 90min ,平均杀灭率则提高到 99.992 % ;醇类及某些表面活性剂可以明显提高邻苯二甲醛杀菌效果 ,用含 5g/L邻苯二甲醛的复方作用 6 0min ,对芽孢杀灭率达 10 0 % ;体积分数2 5 %以上小牛血清对邻苯二甲醛杀芽孢效果影响较轻。结果提示 ,邻苯二甲醛随其浓度增加、试验温度升高、作用时间延长、pH值增加 ,杀芽孢效果增强 ;pH值降低 ,可使杀芽孢效果下降。In order to observe the killing effect of orthophthalaldehyde on spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger and its influencing factors, suspension quantitative germicidal test was used for the study. The results showed that at 20℃, the average killing rate after exposure to the 10 g/L water solution of orthophthalaldehyde for 60 min was 99.896%, and that after exposure to 20 g/L solution for 60 min could attain 99.992%. At temperature 40℃, the average killing rate after exposure to 10 g/L orthophthalaldehyde for 60 min was 100%. When the pH value of the disinfectant solution decreased from 5.5 to 0.5, the killing rate decreased from original 99.896% to 98.795%. When the pH value was 7.5, the killing rate coud attain 99.994%. When the time of exposure to 10 g/L water solution of orthophthalaldehyde was prolonged from 60 min to 90 min, the average killing rate increased to 99.992%. Alcohols and some surfactants could improve obviously the germicidal efficacy of orthophthalaldehyde. The compound disinfectant containing 5 g/L orthophthalaldehyde with a 60 min contact time killed 100% of the spores. Higher than 25% (v/v) calf serum had slight influence on sporicidal efficacy of orthophthalaldehyde. The results suggest that the sporicidal efficacy of orthophthalaldehyde increased with increasing concentration, temperature and pH value and prolonging contact time and decreased with decreasing pH value.
