一种即时净手液性能的试验观察

摘　　要：为了解含乙醇和聚六亚甲基胍衍生物及其他添加剂制成的即时净手液的性能 ,对其进行了载体定量杀菌试验和毒性试验。结果 ,即时净手液原液对布片上的大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及白色念珠菌作用 1min ,其杀灭率均达 99.99% ,对金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌作用 3min ,对大肠杆菌作用 5min ,杀灭率均达到 10 0 %。菌液中含体积分数 5 0 %小牛血清对其杀灭效果无影响。其原液急性经口LD50 >5 0 0 0mg/kg ,蓄积系数 >5 ,对家兔皮肤反应积分为 0。结果显示 ,即时净手液具有良好的杀菌效果 ,属于实际无毒。In order to know the properties of immediate hand-washing liquid containing ethanol, polyhexamethylene guanide-derivatives and other additives, carrier quantitative germicidal test and toxicity test were carried out. The results showed that the killing rates of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans on cloth strips exposed to the stock solution of immediate hand-washing liquid for 1 min were 99.99% and those of S. aureus and C. albicans exposed for 3 min and E. coli exposed for 5 min attained 100%. 50% (v/v) calf serum in the bacterial (fungal) suspension did not influence its killing efficacy. The acute oral LD 50 of its stock solution was >5000 mg/kg, its accumulation index was >5 and the rabbit skin irritation score was zero. The results indicate that the immediate hand-washing liquid has good germicidal efficacy and belongs to actually non-toxic and non-irritative disinfectant.
