过氧乙酸对病房空气消毒效果的观察

摘　　要：为观察过氧乙酸气溶胶对病房空气的消毒效果 ,采用超低容量喷雾器喷雾法和平板沉降采样法进行了实验研究。结果 ,用 5 0 0 0mg/L过氧乙酸水溶液按 2 0ml/m3 用量喷雾 ,关闭门窗作用 30min ,10间病房内空气中自然菌下降率均在 90 %以上 ,下降率范围在 93%～ 10 0 %之间。结果说明 。In order to observe the efficacy of peracetic acid aerosol in disinfection of ward air, spray with ultralow volume sprayer and plate sedimentation sampling method were used to carry out the experimental study. The results showed that spraying 5000 mg/L water solution of peracetic acid at a dose of 20 ml/m 3 in the ward with doors and windows closed reduced more than 90% of natural bacteria in air of 10 wards after 30 min contact, with the reduction rate ranging from 93% to 100%. The results indicated that spraying of peracetic acid aerosol could fulfil the requirement of disinfection of ward air.
