不同消毒方法对采血护士手消毒效果的比较

摘　　要：采用现场手消毒效果评价方法对流动采血车上护士手消毒的 6种方法进行了观察 ,以消毒后手上自然菌存活菌数 <10cfu/cm2 为合格。结果 ,使用 75 %乙醇和健乐消毒液擦试消毒法的合格率分别为 85 .5 0 %和 93.33% ;用健乐消毒液纱布擦试法的合格率为 97.5 0 % ;用肥皂流水洗手法的合格率为 86 .6 7% ;用不含消毒剂的普通湿布巾擦试法的合格率为 36 .6 7% ;用复合手消毒法的合格率达到 10 0 %。结果说明 。Method for evaluation of efficacy of field disinfection of hands was used to observe 6 methods of disinfection of hands of nurses on mobile blood-collecting car. The viable natural bacterial count on hand <10 cfu/cm 2 after disinfection was considered as up to standard. The results showed that the eligible rates of methods of disinfection by wiping hands with 75% ethanol and Jian-Le disinfectant solution were 85.50% and 93.33% respectively. The eligible rate of method of wiping with Jian-Le disinfectant solution gauze was 97.50%, that of washing hands with soap and running water was 86.67% and that of wiping hands with ordinary wet towel without disinfectant and with combined hand disinfection method was 36.67% and 100% respectively. The results indicated that the combined disinfection method or wiping hands with Jian-Le disinfectant gauze had most reliable efficacy in disinfection of hands on mobile blood-collecting car.
