摘　　要：目的 :测定疏肝胶囊中甘草酸的含量。方法 :采用HPLC法 ,HypersilC18(5 μm ,4 .6mm× 2 5 0mm)色谱柱 ,以甲醇 水 冰醋酸 (6 3∶37∶1)为流动相 ,流速为 1.0ml·min-1,检测波长为 2 5 4nm。结果 :甘草酸在浓度 10～ 10 0 (μg·ml-1)范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系 ,其它成分对制剂的含量测定无干扰 ,加样回收率为 10 1.0 % ,RSD 1.4 %。结论 :该法准确、简便、灵敏度高 。Objective: To determine the glycyrrhizic acid in the Shugan capsules.Method: The HPLC was used. the column was Hypersil C 18 (5 μm, 4.6 mm×250 mm),the mobile was methel water Acetic acid glacial(63∶37∶1), the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min -1 , the detection wavelength was at 254 nm. Result: The result showed that there was a good linear relationship between glycyrrhizic acid and chromatographical peak area when glycyrrhizic acid concentration was within a range of 10 100(μg·ml -1 ),the added sample of average recovery was 101.0% , RSD was 1.4% .Conclusion: The method is accurate, simple, and rapid, and can be used for content control of this preparation.
