RP-HPLC法同时测定复方鱼腥草片中绿原酸、连翘苷、黄芩苷的含量

摘　　要：目的 :建立同时测定复方鱼腥草片中绿原酸、连翘苷、黄芩苷的反相高效液相色谱方法。方法 :采用PhenomenexODS柱 (2 5 0mm× 4 .6mm ,5 μm) ,乙腈 - 0 .0 0 2 %磷酸溶液为流动相梯度洗脱 ,流速为 1.0ml min-1,检测波长为 2 80nm。结果 :绿原酸在 0 .5 4～ 4 .4 7μg范围内线性关系良好 (r =0 .9991) ,平均回收率为 98.9% (n =3) ;黄芩苷在 0 .32～ 2 .6 7μg范围内线性关系良好 (r =0 .9991) ,平均回收率为 97.3% (n =3) ;连翘苷在 0 .37～ 3.0 7μg范围内线性关系良好 (r =0 .9993) ,平均回收率为 97.5 % (n =3)。结论 :本方法专属性强 ,准确、快速 。Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid,phillyrin, and baicalin in compound herba houttuyniae tablets.Method: The column was Phenomenex ODS (250 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile water(0.002% phosphoric acid). A gradient method was set up. The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min -1 . The detecting wavelength was at 280 nm.Result: The calibration curves were linear within a range of 0.53 4.45 μg( r = 0.999 1 )for chlorogenic acid, 0.36 3.08 μg( r = 0.999 1 )for baicalin, 0.32 2.66 μg( r = 0.999 3 )for phillyrin, respectively. The average recovery of them were 98.2% ( n =3, RSD = 1.1% ), 97.9% ( n =3 RSD = 0.2% ), 97.2% ( n =3 RSD = 1.3% ),respectively.Conclusion: The method is rapid and accurate for qulity control of compound herba houttuyniae tablets.
