复方氯霉素耳用滴丸的制备与临床应用

摘　　要：目的 :制备复方氯霉素耳用滴丸并观察其临床疗效。方法 :以聚乙二醇 6 0 0 0为基质 ,增加甲硝唑作为抗厌氧菌成分制备耳用滴丸剂 ,并建立质量控制标准。结果 :治疗化脓性中耳炎 110耳 ,总有效率 99.1%。结论 :本剂型具有局部药物浓度高 ,药效时间长等优点 。Objective: To investigate the preparation of compound ear pills of chloramphenicol.Method: Metronidarole was added into the matrix of marcrogol 6000 as its anti anaerobe element,and the standard of quality control was established.Result: 110 cases of patients with purulent otitis media were treated with compound ear pills of chloramphenicol.91 cases of them were cured and 18 were alleviated,one no response.Conclusion: Compound ear pills of chloramphenicol is a ideal preparation to treat purulent otitis media due to its long acting effects and its ability to maintain high concentration in local place.
