HPLC法测定小儿退热口服液中黄芩苷的含量

摘　　要：目的 :建立HPLC法测定小儿退热口服液中的有效成分黄芩苷含量的方法。方法 :采用色谱柱为C18柱 ,流动相为 ψ甲醇∶水∶磷酸 ) =4 5∶5 5 ∶0 .2 ,检测波长为 315nm。结果 :黄芩苷在 0 .15～ 1.2 μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈线性关系 ,口服液中黄芩苷的平均回收率为 98.0 7% ,RSD =1.0 5 %。结论 :方法简便、稳定 。Objective:to establish HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in the Xiaoer Tuire oral liquid. Method: the HPLC method was carried on C 18 column using method-water-codeine(45∶55∶0.2) as mobile phase. Detection wavelengthwas set at 315nm. Results: in the HPLC method the calibration curve for baicalin was linear over the range of 0.15～1.2 μg/mL. The average recovery was 98.07% with RSD=1.05%. Conclusions: the method is simple, convenient and reliablefor quality control of the liquids.
