彩色多普勒超声诊断糖尿病下肢动脉病变的价值

摘　　要：目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声(CDI)在糖尿病下肢动脉病变的诊断价值。方法 用彩色多普勒超声对100例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(NIDDM)病人及50例正常对照组进行双下肢动脉检查并测定血浆胰岛素、血糖、糖基血红蛋白浓度。结果 糖尿病组的动脉硬化发生率明显高于对照组。糖尿病发病年限、病人的年龄以及血糖控制情况与下肢动脉病变发生率有关。 结论 糖尿病病人下肢动脉有明显损伤,动脉硬化发生率增高。Objective To discuss the value of color Doppler imaging (CDI) in the diagnosis of lower limb arterial diseases in the patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods CDI were used to examine lower limb arteries in 100 patients with NIDDM and 50 normal controls. The serum insuline, sugar and sugar-hemoglobin were tested in the meantime. Results The incidence of arteriosclerosis in NIDDM was higher than that in the controls. The lower limb arterial diseases were corrected with the history of diabetes, age and control of serum sugar . Conclusion Incidence of impairment of the lower extremity artery in diabetes mellitus patients is raised.
