摘　　要：目的 探讨超声在诊断肾皮质脓肿(RCA)中的应用价值。方法 用超声检查患者双侧肾脏,最终诊断经穿刺或手术病 理证实。 结果 13例中12例患者诊断为肾皮质脓肿,超声诊断符合率为92.3％(12/13);1例超声误诊为肾囊肿。 结论 超声诊断 肾皮质脓肿有很高的敏感性和特异性,且简便无创,应作为首选方法。Objective To investigate the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of renal cortical abscess. Methods The patients were examined by ultrasonography to observe the morphological changes and the internal echoes of kidneys. The results were compared with those of operation and pathology. Results Twelve cases were accurately diagnosed as renal cortical abscess by ultrasonography with an accurate rate of 92.3%(12/13). One case was misdiagnosed as renal cyst. Conclusion Ultrasonography is a sensitive and specific method in the diagnosis of renal cortical abscess. It should be the first choice for diagnosing renal cortical abscess due to its invasiveless.
