摘  要:薄板坯表面纵裂是CSP连铸连轧生产线上一个严重的质量缺陷,通过对其产生原因的分析,提出控制废钢质量、钢水成分、钢水浇注过热度、结晶器保护渣、结晶器循环水水质、结晶器与扇形段等设备状态、浸入式水口的安装精度,及保证浇注温度与拉速的匹配关系,可有效控制纵裂缺陷的发生,使纵裂纹比例稳定在0.4%以下。The longitudinal surface crack on thin slab is a serious quality defect at CSP line. Through analyzing the forming reasons, it is found that controlling the scrap quality, liquid steel composition, overheating degree in mould, powder quality, recycling water quality in the mould,keeping good condition of mould and segment,and the installing precision of submerged nozzle are effective to prevent the forming of longitudinal surface crack.Besides,maintain good match relationship between casting temperature and castiong speed is also effective to prevent the forming of longitudinal crack.After adopting the above measures,the rate of forming longitudinal crack is reduced to less than 0.4% stably at Zhujiang Steel.
