摘　　要：通过实验研究确定了用X射线荧光光谱仪分析高炉炉渣中全铁、二氧化硅、氧化钙、氧化镁、三氧化二铝的制样方法和分析条件,在采用粉末压片,粒度200目,压力30MPa保压30s条件下可满足天津钢铁有限公司炼铁厂高炉渣的日常分析。Through tests, the sample preparation method and analysis condition of Fe, SiO2, CaO, MgO, Al2O3 in the BF slag are studied and determined. The sample preparation adopts powder tablet method. The slag is milled and screened to 200 mesh and the tablet takes shape under 300 MPa for 30 s. The method can meet the ordinary analysis of BF slag in the Iron Plant of Tianjin Iron & Steel Co.,Ltd.
