摘　　要：本文介绍了HL90—2Q1000型混凝土搅拌楼上料系统的生产过程,并针对人工上料存在的问题,给出了用料位器检测料位、PLC作为主控机,完成骨科、粉料自动上料的控制方案及设计方法。This paper describes the production process of loading system for HL90-2Q1000 concrete mixing plant. The control project and design method of automatic loading for aggregate and filler are stated. The system used PLC as a main control component and material levelling device is used to check loading level. So the existing problem of manual loading is avoid.
