摘　　要：针对炉箅子的结构特点和技术要求 ,采用底注反雨淋浇注系统 ,有机酯水玻璃自硬砂组芯选型 ,严格控制熔化、球化孕育处理工艺 ,设计合理的工装 ,生产出表面品质、尺寸公差。According to the structural characteristic and technical request, we adopt anti-shower bottom gating system and organic ester water-glass self-hardening sand to assemble core and select mold, meanwhile, we control the smelting, the nodulation and the inoculation process strictly, and design the auxiliary equipment and tool reasonably so that the produced large scale medium silica heat-resistant nodular iron stoves whose quality, tolerance of dimension and mechanical property can meet the request.
