摘　　要：目的总结经腋下小切口治疗先心病的体会。方法在体外循环或非体外下采用腋下切口或右乳房外侧弧形切口,经第3或4肋间入路行房、室间隔缺损修补及动脉导管未闭结扎术,共96例;其中房间隔缺损26例,室间隔缺损44例,房室间隔缺损2例,动脉导管未闭24例。结果死亡1例(死亡率1/96),慢性心包填塞1例,余病人均痊愈出院。结论腋下小切口应用于心内直视手术中具有进胸、关胸快,手术时间短、失血少等优点,且切口隐蔽符合患者的美容要求。Objective The aim was to evaluate the experience of open heart surgery through right minithoracotomy incision. Methods 96 patients underwent heart surgery were through the incision.Including 26 cases of ASD,44 casese of VSD,2 cases of ASD and VSD,24 cases of PDA,inorporate 5 cases of PFO(Patent foramen ovale),1 case of PLSVC,1 case of pulmonary bulla.Results 1 case dead(mortality ration 1/96).1 case developped chronic tamponade.0 thers recovered.Conclusions Direct-visual open heart sergury through right minithoracotomy inision will be quikly-don,need shorter-time,and blood-lose less.It suit the beauty-view for that the inision is under the shoulder.
