摘  要:采用大变形弹塑性有限元法分析了孔型尺寸对310Z字钢变形的影响.计算结果表明,改变孔型尺寸。The elastic-plastic FEM for large strain was applied to analyze the effect of the size of the butterfly pass to the metallic deformation during the Z-type steel rolling.The results indicate that there are more effects to the deformation of the metal in the part of the leg of the Z-type steel after the change of hole's size.Therefore,it be can used to guide the design of the pass at the working site.
