摘　　要：简述了施工合同管理的定义、特点及要求,对龙滩水电站右岸岸坡和导流洞施工合同管理中施工管理、变更处理、签证及财务管理等方面进行了介绍。龙滩水电站Ⅱ标施工过程中,因工程量增加幅度大、变更频繁、涉及面广,对施工程序和工艺影响较大,故根据不同情况分别采用磋商后签订补充协议,重新编制施工组织设计和定价、按工作日计量等方式进行变更处理。This paper briefly describes the definition, characteristics and requirements of construction contract management, and presents the construction management, project change treatment, signature management and financial management in construction contract management for the right bank slope and diversion tunnel of Longtan hydropower station. In the construction process of the power station's tender No.2 works, since remarkable increases in work amount and frequent changes had extensive influence on construction procedures and construction technologies, some feasible methods such as signing supplementary agreements through consultation, reformulating construction design and prices, estimating work amount by working time were used to treat various project changes, making many difficult issues in construction contract management be properly settled.
