摘　　要：目的 :探讨气管、支气管成形术中连续黏膜下缝合法的可行性。方法 :用 1根 3 /0或 4/0Prolene线作连续黏膜下缝合完成气管、支气管对端吻合。结果 :5 9例均一期愈合 ,术后早期咳嗽排痰容易 ,术后肺膨胀良好。随访 3个月～ 2年 ,均无胸闷、刺激性咳嗽、咳血痰、咳线结等现象 ,术后平均查纤维支气管镜 1～ 3次 ,均见吻合口光滑 ,无肉芽组织增生 ,无明显瘢痕 ,窥视不见缝线。结论 :连续黏膜下缝合法可预防或减少气管、支气管成形术后早晚期并发症 ,吻合口愈合良好。Objective To discuss the feasibility of submucosal continuous suture with prolene in tracheoplasty and bronchoplasty.Methods End-to-end tracheoplasty and bronchoplasty was done by submucosal continuous suture by a 3/0 or 4/0 prolene line.Results All of these 59 cases were recovered in the first stage with normal productive cough after operation,good expansion of operated lung.There was no chest distress,irritable cough,coughing blood sputum or coughing suture node in the 3 months to 2 years follow-up survey.Fiberbronchoscopy was done once to three times averagely after operation,showing smooth stoma with no granulation tissue,no obvious scar or no suture.Conclusion Continuous submucosal suture could prevent or reduce early or late stage complications after tracheoplasty and bronchoplasty with fine healing stoma.
