三维牵引对腰椎间盘突出症血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察三维牵引对腰椎间盘突出症血液流变学的影响 ,分析血液流变学与腰椎间盘突出症的相关性 ,为进一步探讨腰椎间盘突出症的发病机制提供依据。方法 :10 3例患者随机抽签分为治疗组 5 3例 ,对照组 5 0例 ,治疗组采用腰椎旁阻滞配合三维牵引治疗 ,治疗 2个疗程 ,对照组单纯阻滞疗法治疗 ,2组治疗后检测血液流变学的变化 ,并与正常人血液流变学进行比较 ,相关数据资料采用SPSS10 .0软件包处理 ,均数采用t检验 ,计数资料采用卡方检验。结果 :治疗组优良率达 66.0 % ,其血液流变学治疗前后有明显差异 (t = 4.80 3 ,P <0 .0 1) ,治疗组治疗前与对照组血液流变学无明显差异 (t=1.12 3 ,P >0 .0 5 ) ,治疗组治疗前与正常人血液流变学对比有显著差异 (t = 4.80 3 ,P <0 .0 1) ;治疗组治疗后血液流变学与对照组对比有明显差异 (t= 2 .13 4,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :三维牵引疗法可明显改变腰椎间盘突出症的血液流变学 ,腰椎间盘突出症与血液流变学密切相关。Objective To analyze the correlation between hemorrheology and the prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc and provide basis for studying the pothogenic mechanism by observing the effects of three-dimensional traction to treat the prolapse of lumbar intervertabral disc.Methods One hundred three patients were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group(of 53 cases),and control group(50 cases).The treatment group received lumbar block and three-dimensional for two courses and control group only received lumbar block.The hemorrheology of these two groups was compared before and after treatment and was compared with that of normal healthy people.The correlative data was calculated with SPSS 10.0.The average was checked up by test and the count by χ 2.Results The choiceness rate of the treatment group was 66.0%,and there was obvious difference in hemorrheology before and after treatment(t=-4.013,P<0.01).Before treatment there was no obvious difference between the treatment group and control group(t=1.123,P>0.05),and the obvious difference between treatment group and normal people(t=-4.803,P<0.01).After treatment,there was an obvious difference between treatment group and control group(t=2.134,P<0.05).Conclusion Three-dimensional traction can obviously change the hemorrheology of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.
