摘　　要：观察自拟活脑灵煎剂治疗缺血性脑梗死的疗效。将 10 2例患者随机分为治疗组 (活脑灵煎剂 ) 6 2例 ,对照组 (复方丹参片 ) 4 0例 ,疗程 3个月。结果 :治疗组有效率为 88 2 % ,对照组有效率为 77 8% (P <0 0 5 ) ;两组治疗后均能明显改善病人血液流变学及胆固醇指标 ;治疗组治疗后甘油三酯明显下降 (P <0 0 5 ) ,对照组下降不明显。To observe the clinical efficacy of 'Huonaoling Decoction' in the treatment of ischemic cerebral infarction, 102 cases were randomized into treatment group in which 62 cases were treated with this Decoction and control group in which 40 cases were treated with compound Danshen pill, with a course of 3 months. Results: The total effective rate was 88.2% in treatment group and 77.8% in control group, P<0.05; after treatment, the blood rheology and cholesterol improved obviously; TG fell strikingly in treatment group (P<0.05), while it fell little in control group. It is revealed that 'Huonaoling Decoction' has excellent effects on ischemic cerebral infarction.
