防感散预防小儿感冒的临床和实验研究(附63例病案分析)

摘　　要：为探讨防感散香袋对小儿感冒的疗效和作用机理 ,将 6 3例反复上呼吸道感染患儿随机分成防治组 33例和对照组 30例 ,防治组佩挂防感散香袋 ,对照组佩挂淀粉香袋。两组患儿都进行血白细胞计数检测 ,SIgA和远红外热象仪测试。实验研究进行防感散香袋的细菌和病毒抑制试验。结果 :防治组患儿的感冒次数和呼吸道感染程度明显减少和减轻 ,防治前后血白细胞计数明显降低 ,SIgA明显提高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,防治组患儿的迎香、天突穴位温度变化明显 (P <0 0 5 )。实验研究结果显示防感散对流感病毒B型有完全抑制作用 ,对腺病毒 7型有半抑制作用 ,防感散的挥发成分对流感嗜血杆菌。To observe the clinical effects and mechanism of 'Fanggan Powder', 63 cases were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 33 cases were treated by 'Fanggan Powder' and control group in which 30 cases were treated by 'Starch Powder'. The white blood cell count and SIgA were measured, and the temperatures in some acupoints were detected; bacteria inhibiting and virus inhibiting experiments were conducted. Results: After treatment in treatment group, the frequency of cold contraction and respiratory infection reduced, white blood cell count fell, and SIgA increased obviously, P<0.05, the temperatures in Yingxiang (LI 20) and Tiantu (CV 24) changed greatly; experiment showed that 'Fanggan Powder' could completely inhibit type B influenza virus, inhibit type 7 adenovirus by half, and the volatile ingredients of 'Fanggan Powder' could inhibit influenza hemophilus and Diplococcus pneumoniae.
