摘　　要：海洋环境调查工作对于海洋资源的科学规划、合理利用和可持续发展而言,是一项非常重要的基础工作,同时也是一个错综复杂的过程,因此,建立一个科学的海洋环境监测数据集成系统就尤为重要。文章从其系统组成、网络平台及其应用软件的开发等方面阐述了海洋环境数据集成系统的典型结构,并介绍了海洋环境监测数据集成系统测评与检验的内容和方法,还对海洋环境监测数据集成系统的定型程序及其组织实施进行了详尽的说明。In order to make a scientific plan for the reasonable use of the ocean resources and sustained development, the ocean environment investigation become to be much more important and foundational work. Meanwhile, it is also a complex process . Therefore, it is very important to establish a data integration system of the ocean environment monitor. The article expatiates on the typical structure of the system from aspects of system constitution, network and development of the application software and so on. Moreover, we also demonstrate the contents and method of system testing and evaluating, along with detailed instruction of the case - hardened program and its organization.
