摘　　要：介绍了目前钢结构住宅各种结构体系和工程实例 ,分析了其优、缺点 .最后介绍了作者正在进行研究的小高层钢—混凝土混合结构住宅体系 .All the structure systems of steel residence and project examples are introduced and their merits and demerits are analyzed. Finally,the high-rise steel-concrete composite structure system,which is under way,is presented.
