斜位片在肋骨骨折X线诊断中意义分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨斜位片在诊断肋骨骨折中的意义。方法 :60例 86根 /处肋骨骨折分为正位组、斜位组和正斜位组 ,对各组发现肋骨骨折数进行分析比较。结果 :斜位组发现肋骨骨折较正位组多 ,但统计学分析无显著差异 ;正斜位组较正位组及斜位组均有显著差异。结论 :在肋骨骨折的X线诊断中 ,应在正位片的基础上 ,有目的的加摄斜位片 。Objective:Study the clinical function of oblique film in X-ray diagnose for patients with rib fracture.Methods:60 cases with rib fracture was divided into three groups, these are orthophoria group, oblique group and orthophoria-oblique group. In these groups, the number of rib fracture were analysed and compared.Results:The number of rib fracture in oblique group is much more than the orthophoria group, but no great difference in statistical; And the orthophoria-oblique group made a great difference with the orthophoria group and oblique group. Conclusion:In X-ray diagnose for patients with rib fracture, we should, base on the eutopic film, purposively photograph an oblique film to increase the diagnosis correctness.
