摘 要:目的 :检测人牙髓标本中幽门螺杆菌 (Helicobacterpylori ,H .pylori,Hp)的存在情况 ,探讨Hp与牙髓病变的相关性以及Hp的传播途径及传播方式。方法 :实验分为五组 ,共计 79例标本 ,前四组取根髓 ,第五组取龈下牙石。采用聚合酶链反应 (PCR)检测不同病情下人牙髓及龈下牙石标本中的Hp。结果 :经x2 检验各牙髓组间Hp检出率无显著性差异 ;而牙髓组与龈下牙石组间Hp检出率均有显著性差异。结论 :人牙髓是Hp的一个孽生地 ;Objective:The aim of this study was to investigate the presence of H.pylori in pulp in different condition of the patients, to study the route and mode of H.pylori H.pylori transmission, and to discover the relation between H.pylori and oral disease.Methods:Seventy-none samples were divided into five groups. PCR method were used to detect H.pylori in the dental pulp of the four groups and in the subgingival dental calculus of the rest group in different disease.Results:were analyzed with x 2 test and the statistical analyses indicated that there were no statistically significant differences of H.yplori positive rate in pulp of the four groups (P>0.05), while there was a significantly highter H.pylori positive rate in the subgingival dental calculus group than that in dental pulp grous (P<0.01).Conclusion: These results demonstrate that dental pulp is an important reservoir of H.pylori in the oral cavity. Colonization and propagation of H.pylori in the dental pulp may cause the difficulty of complete killing H.pylori and thus lead to the disease related to H.pylori infection tendency to recurrent.
