摘　　要：近来许多研究表明他汀类调节血脂药除降脂的作用外还具有良好的心血管保护作用 ,本文就其作用机理及其在心血管外科中的应用做一综述。It has been reported that statins protect the cardiovascular and this effect is independent of lipid lowering.In the article,some mechanism and the application in cardiovascular surgery of statins were reviewed.
