摘　　要：本文对色织麻棉产品的主要生产工艺进行了深入的研究探讨,特别是麻棉绞纱漂染后,先进行上薄浆处理(实际上起到一次纱线烧毛的作用),使其在毛羽、强力、伸长等方面优于不上薄浆的纱线,然后再顺利络整,大大提高了后道工序的生产效率。In this paper,the main technical processes and designing of production for yarn-dyed ramie/ cotton fabric have been adequately discussed and analysed.The skein sized slightly may produce a singeing offect after being bleached and dyed,which is cspecially superior to that of not being sized in many respects of,such as hairiness,strength,relasticity and so on.This makes winding and warping processes more easy,and the higher efficiency is obtained.
