摘 要:干法脱硫由于其脱硫剂利用率低而未达到广泛的应用,为研究高效的干法脱硫剂,在干法粒状脱硫剂中加入金属氧化物Fe2O3作为催化剂,通过实验确定直径、蒸汽活化、加湿和加入Fe2O3粉对脱硫剂脱硫速率及钙利用率的影响,从而确定Fe2O3粉的催化性能并初步分析其催化机理.由曲线图中曲线对比可得,Fe2O3粉的催化性能与其投加量有关,少量Fe2O3粉与过量Fe2O3粉对反应的促进作用不明显,所以存在最佳的添加量,由实验可得其最佳添加量在总质量的1.5%~6%之间.Due to its low efficiency, the method of dry desulphurization, cannot be widely used .In order to get high active absorbents, the metal oxide Fe_(2)O_(3) is mixed with absorbents as the catalyzer .By experiments the effect of particle diameter and steam activation, wetting, Fe_(2)O_(3) on desulphurization velocity and calcium efficiency is defined.So is derived the catalysis of Fe_(2)O_(3) is derived and primariy analysis on the catalytic mechanism is fulfilled. From the figures the catalysis of Fe_(2)O_(3) is connected with the quantity is obtained. Less Fe_(2)O_(3) and more Fe_(2)O_(3) cannot promote the reaction.The optical weight is caught between 1.5% and 6% of total weight from the experiments.
