摘　　要：在简要介绍陕、甘、宁三省区城市发展基本情况的基础上,通过分类比较的方法对三省区城市的特征进行了较为系统的研究,明确了这些城市在各自城镇体系中的地位,同时分析了三省区城市发展机遇及面临问题的共性与差异.指出城市的发展应基于自身的特色与潜力,在完善本地域城镇体系的前提下寻求适宜的道路.Based on the analyses of the basic situations of the cities in Shaanxi, Gansu and Ningxia, the article introduces the researches on the classification and comparision among these cities, and clarifies their status in local urban system. The article also analyses the opportunities and the problems that these cities are faced with and points out that city should seek for the suitable developing space on the account of its special feature and presupposes improving urban system within local region.
