摘　　要：目的　评价艾滋病 (AIDS)病人合并外科疾病时接受手术治疗的安全性。方法　回顾分析 2 5例AIDS病人接受外科治疗后的转归 ,探讨合理的手术方式和手术指征。结果　适当的手术治疗对AIDS病人是安全的。结论　AIDS不是手术的禁忌证 ,合理的手术治疗是挽救部分AIDS病人唯一有效的方法。Objective To evaluate the safety when the AIDS patiens with surgical disease were operated.Methods the result of 25 AIDS patiens operated were analysed retrospectively and appropriate opertional ways and indication were investigated.Results Appropriate operational tareatment is safe for AIDS patiets.Conclusions AIDS is not contraindi-cated for surgical treatment and the appropriate surgical treatment is the only effective way to save some AIDS patients.
