老年皮肤瘙痒症患者血清特异性IgE的检测分析

摘　　要：目的探讨血清特异性IgE在老年皮肤瘙痒症患者发病中的作用。方法ELISA法检测36例老年皮肤瘙痒症患者血清特异性IgE水平。结果26例(72.2%)对吸入性过敏原呈阳性反应,显著高于对食物性过敏原阳性反应者(33.3%,P<0.05)。结论血清特异性IgE可能在老年皮肤瘙痒症患者发病中起着作用,老年皮肤瘙痒症与过敏原尤其是与吸入性过敏原有关。Objective To investigate the significance of the serum specific IgE(sIgE) in patients with senile skin pruritus. Methods Serum sIgE were tested by ELISA in 36 patients. Results 26 patients(72.2%) had positive reaction to inhalant allergens, which was higher than those to food allergens(33.3%, P<0.05). Conclusion Serum sIgE may play a role in the development of senile skin pruritus. Allergens, especially inhalant allergens may be correlated with the disease.
