300例中国女性鼻翼鼻孔测量数据调查及鼻翼肥大的整复

摘　　要：目的　更好地为矫正鼻翼肥大提供参考数据 ,并提出矫正鼻翼肥大畸形的理想手术方法。方法　通过随机测量 30 0例中国女性的鼻翼长、鼻翼高、鼻宽、鼻孔长和鼻孔宽 ,了解中国女性鼻部结构的基本数据 ,以此作为手术的参考 ,并提出用鼻翼内缘及鼻翼后部楔形切除矫正鼻翼肥大。结果　 30 0例中国女性鼻翼、鼻孔测量数据 :鼻翼长 (1 9.9± 1 .9)mm ,鼻翼高 (1 2 .0± 1 .8)mm ,鼻孔长 (1 1 .7± 1 .3)mm ,鼻孔宽 (6 .1± 1 .3)mm ,鼻宽 (38.1±2 .6 )mm。 37例鼻翼肥大患者经过鼻翼缩小手术 ,鼻部外观明显改善 ,所有患者均获满意效果。结论　鼻翼内缘及鼻翼后部楔形切除是矫正鼻翼肥大的理想方法 ,手术中参考我国女性的平均鼻翼长、鼻翼高、鼻孔长和鼻孔宽等基本数据 。Objective In order to correct the hypertrophy of nasal alar, a new operation was designed and the nosal data were gathered in 300 Chinese women randomly as the reference for plastic surgeon. Methods The length and height of the nasal alar and the length and width of the nostril and width of the nose were measured in 300 Chinese women randomly. 37 cases of patients with hypertrophy of nasal alar were corrected by resecting part of inner and side edges tissue of nasal alar. Results The length and height of the nasal alar are (19.9±1.9)?mm and (12.0±1.8)?mm, the length and width of the nostril and (11.7±1.3)?mm and (6.1±1.3)?mm, and the with of the nose is (38.1±2.6)mm. All the patients′ nasal alars were improved obviously after the operation and patients were satisfactory to the results. Conclusion It is the ideal method that the part of inner and side edges tissue of nasal alar is resected to correct nasal alar hypertrophy and it is useful for the plastic surgeons that the data is measured from 300 Chinese women′s nose.
