摘　　要：目的　探讨鼻端部软组织缺损修复的有效方法。方法　根据鼻尖、鼻翼及鼻小柱不同范围的软组织缺损 ,修复方法包括邻近部位皮瓣转移修复 1 9例 (鼻唇沟皮瓣 9例 ,额部皮瓣 6例 ,轴型鼻背旋转皮瓣 4例 ) ,耳郭组织移植 1 0例 (复合组织块游离移植 7例 ,反流轴型耳郭复合组织瓣 3例 )。结果　 2 9例患者 ,随访 2周至 6个月 ,修复组织在色泽、质地上与受区接近 ,修复效果满意。Objective To find out suitable operation method for reconstruction of lower nasal soft tissue defects. Methods 7 cases of small defect of the ala or the columella were repaired by insertion of a piece of composite graft from the ear. 3 cases of ala defect were repaired by refluent axial composite ear flaps. Other lower nasal defect were repaired by flaps from adjacent area, such as naso-labial sulcus flaps for 9 cases of tip defect, axial nasodorsum flap for 4 cases of tip-columella-ala defect, and frontal flap for 6 cases of almost total defect of tip-columella-ala. Results The defects were satisfactorily reconstructed both in color and texture. Conclusion Composite ear tissue transplantation and flap transported from adjacent area were effective in reconstruction of lower nasal soft tissue defects.
