国产自体-2000型血液回收机临床应用探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨由北京精医疗设备有限公司研制的自体-2000型血液回收机的临床应用效果。方法自2002年6月～2003年12月,我院应用北京精医疗设备有限公司自体-2000型血液回收机进行术中回收血液100例,其中男41例、女59例,年龄12～63岁,体重19～68公斤,手术包括外伤如肝破裂、大血管损伤、破裂脊柱外伤、脑外伤、器官移植手术。术中监测心电图、血压、血氧饱和度、尿量。结果全组病例中,总手术时间62～180分钟,平均102分钟,全部患者抢救成功,无死亡,无出现血尿现象。结论自体-2000型血液回收机安装使用安全、可靠、操作方便、血液回收效果好,经过滤、分离、清洗、净后再输回病人可以节约大量用血,又能避免异体输血传染疾病,是一种值得在临床广泛推广的国产血液回收机。objective To study the effect of the self-blood callback machine 2000 type thatdeveloped by the Beijing medical equipment limited company used in clinic. Method Since June of 2002to December of 2003, the self-blood callback machine 2000 type that developed by the Beijing medicalequipment limited company was used to callback blood during operations for 100 cases in our hospital,include male 41 cases, female 59 cases, from 12 age to 63 age, and from 19 kilogram to 68 kilogram. Theoperations include trauma for example breach of liver, damnification or breach of big blood vessel,trauma of spinal column, trauma of brain, and apparatus replanting operations. The ECG, blood pressure,Spo2 and amount of urine were inspected during the operations. Result All patients were saved in allcases, and had no appearance of heamturia. All the operations lasted 62 to 180 minutes, average 102minutes. Conclusion The self-blood callback machine 2000 type that made in our country can be builtin safely, trustily, handled expediently. And the effect of blood callback is fine. Blood can betransported back to the patients after being percolated, separated, washed. So we can economize variantblood a great deal and avoid infecting diseases by transporting variant blood. So it is worthgeneralizing in clinic.
