摘　　要：结合凤滩水电厂工程设计的具体实践,介绍了水电厂遵照原国家电力公司(国电发[2002]685号)文进行无人值班设计以及老厂控制系统改造设计的一些新的设计思想,探讨了为实现无人值班,水电厂控制系统设计中应重点注意的几个问题.The Fengtan Hydropower Plant, Hunan Province, used as the study case, underwent its unattended design. Some new concepts were introduced with the reconstruction of the control system for the old station. An unattended design and some key points of the control system of a hydro station are discussed in this article.
