摘 要:目的 :观察接受牛嗜铬细胞 (BCC)移植的大鼠脑脊液中儿茶酚胺及脑啡肽含量的变化。方法 :Sprague Dawley大鼠 80只 ,分为移植组和对照组 ,每组又分为 4个亚组。移植组大鼠蛛网膜下腔注入 2 0 μlBCC悬液 ,含细胞 4× 1 0 7个 ;对照组大鼠注入等量的细胞培养液。各亚组分别在移植后第 2周末、4周末、6周末和 8周末收集脑脊液灌流液 ,检测亮氨酸脑啡肽和儿茶酚胺含量。结果 :移植组亮氨酸脑啡肽和儿茶酚胺含量明显高于对照组(P <0 .0 1 )。 2周组亮氨酸脑啡肽和儿茶酚胺的含量高于 8周组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :注入大鼠脑脊液中的BCC ,能继续分泌亮氨酸脑啡肽和儿茶酚胺等活性物质 。Aim: To detect the concentration of the leucine enkephalin and catecholamine in rat cerebral spinal fluid (CSF) after bovine chromaffin cell(BCC) implantation. Methods: Eighty Sprague Dawley rats were randomly allocated to transplantation and control groups. The rats of transplantation group were injected into the spinal subarachnoid with 20 μl BCC suspensions,containing 4×10 7 cells, while the rats in control group were implanted with the same volume of Dulbecco's Modffied Eagle's Medium (DMEM). Each group was then divided into 4 subgroups (2 week, 4 week, 6 week and 8 week). The CSF of each rat was collected for detecting the concentrations of leucine enkephalin and catecholamine.Results: The concentrations of the leucine enkephalin and catecholamine in the transplantation group were higher than those in control group( P <0.01). The concentrations of leucine enkephalin and catecholamine in transplantation group gradually declined with the passage of time( P <0.05).Conclusion: BCC transplanted into rat subarachnoid could secret enkephalin, so that it could play an role in pain removing.
