新型金属屋面系统在杭州大剧院中的应用

摘　　要：目前国内大量采用轻型金属屋面,但是其中大部分仍沿袭着落后的连接方式。针对杭州大剧院后屋盖复杂的形状,我们采用国际上先进的扇形铝镁锰合金直立锁边防水系统,从原理上杜绝了雨水渗漏的可能。与以往从内部伸出支撑件的做法不同,钛板连接体系将钛板有机的固定在直立锁边防水系统上。Nowadays light metal roof is very popular on the mainland in China,but the connection details are mostly outdated.For the complicate shape of back roof in Hangzhou Grand Theatre,we adopt the international ad-vanced waterproof system of tapered aluminium magnesium manganese alloy with standing seam.Contrast to tradi-tional methods which have protruded elements from interior,the titanium connection system makes titanium panel or-ganically fixed to the standing seam of waterproof sheet that put an end to seepage of rain in principle.
