摘　　要：介绍了脉搏氧饱和度监测计的工作原理以及脉搏氧饱和度 (SpO2 )与动脉血氧饱和度 (SaO2 )的关系 ,重点综述了SpO2在急诊及创伤外科中的临床应用以及影响SpO2this article introduced both the working principles of pulse oxygen saturation (SpO 2) monitor and the relations between SpO 2 and arterial blood oxygen saturation (SaO 2). It expatiated in emphasis clinical applying of SpO 2 in patients of emergency and traumatic surgery department and influencing factors of SpO 2.
