摘　　要：目的　制定应急突发事件伤员手术救治程序。方法　自行设计“批量伤员手术救治程序”,并应用于两批因突发事件而受伤的36位复 合伤危重患者。结果　通过“批量伤员手术救治程序”的应用,使得重度创伤伤员在手术室能快速、有条不紊地展开工作,赢得了抢救的“黄金 时间”。结论　应用此程序提高了救治成功率,使手术室应急管理更加有序。Objective To set up the treating procedure for the batch wounded with operation in emergency.Methods The self-designed questionnaire about “the treating procedure for the batch wounded with operation” was used to collect data from 36 severe patients with compound wounds who had been injured due to suddenly incident.Results The application of “the treating procedure for the batch wounded with operation” made us to help the moderate-severe wounded in operating room to be treated quickly and won the golden time of cure.Conclusion This practice improved the success rate of cure and made the emergency managements in operating room to be in an order way.
