摘　　要：银监会《汽车金融公司管理办法》的出台,标志着专业汽车金融机构浮出水面,汽车金融作为汽车产业价值链的重要一环,在汽车产业的发展中起了重要的作用。文章从迈克尔·波特价值链管理的理论出发,阐述了汽车金融在企业实施价值链管理,提升核心竞争力的过程中的重要作用,分析了我国汽车产业链的特征,提出了我国发展汽车金融的对策。The enactment of 'The Regulation on The Auto Finance Company' indicates the appearance of spe- cialized auto finance institutions. As an important part of auto industry value chain, auto finance com- pany plays an important role in the development of auto industry. Based on the theory of Michael Porter's value chain, the paper introduces the role of auto fi- nance in value chain management, boost of core competitive edge, analyzes the feature of auto pro- duction chain in China, proposes the countermeas- ures for developing auto finance in China.
