御脂冲剂治疗高血脂症疗效及对sICAM-1和sVCAM-1水平的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察御脂冲剂对高血脂症 (HLP)患者气滞血瘀、痰浊内阻证的疗效和对可溶性细胞间黏附分子 - 1(sICAM - 1)和可溶性血管内皮细胞黏附分子 - 1(sVCAM - 1)水平的影响。方法　将 5 8例HLP患者随机分为 2组 ,治疗组给予御脂冲剂 ,对照组给予地奥脂必妥片 ,疗程均为 2周。 2组分别于疗前、疗中、疗后测症状积分、血脂 ,sICAM - 1和sVCAM - 1设正常组对照 ,于用药前后检测。结果　治疗 2个月后 ,治疗组症状积分较疗前显著降低 ,有强于对照组趋势 ;治疗组总胆固醇 (TC)、三酰甘油 (TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL -C)分别降低了2 6 4 0 % ,19.73% ,33.79% ,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL -C)升高了 16 .4 7% ,且起效快于对照组 ;原发性HLP患者sICAM - 1及sVCAM - 1增高 ,与正常组比较差异显著 ,治疗组显著降低sICAM - 1,sVCAM - 1含量 ,疗效优于对照组。结论　御脂冲剂治疗HLP安全有效 ,除调血脂外 ,还有血管保护和抗动脉粥样硬化 (AS)作用。Objective It is to observe the effects of Yuzhi granules on hyperlipidemia (HLP) which were diagnosed energy-stagnation and blood stasis, accumulation of phlegm-retention, and soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1) and soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (sVCAM-1).Methods 58 patients with HLP were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group were took Yuzhi granules. The control group were took Di'aozhibituo tablets. The therapeutic courses were both two weeks. The symptom integral and serum fat were mensurated before, in and after treatment. The levels of sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 were mensurated before and after treatment, and compared with normal group.Results Two months after treatment, the symptom integral in treatment group was significantly reduced than that before treatment, and has better tendency than that in control group. In treatment group, TC, TG and LDL-C were decreased 26 40%, 19.73%, 33.79% respectively, HDL-C was increased 16.74%, and there was significant difference between the two groups. The sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 of primary HLP patients were heightened than that in normal group, and that in treated group was reduced and was superior to that in control group.Conclusions Yuzhi granule is safe and effective on HLP and has protective function on blood vessel and anti-atherosclerosis function besides modulating serum fat.
