摘　　要：目的　探讨超声检测正常人胃左动脉 (LGA)的方法及LGA血流动力学特征。方法　对 190例正常人 ,运用灰阶、彩色多普勒及高频超声检查LGA内径、最高流速、最低流速、平均流速、阻力指数和血流量。结果　灰阶超声可显示部分正常人LGA ,彩色多普勒及高频超声可帮助寻找和显示LGA。正常人LGA血流频谱呈高阻型 ,影响其血流量的主要因素为动脉内径。结论　彩色多普勒及高频超声可帮助检测LGA。认识LGA血流动力学的改变 ,可为胃癌病人的治疗提供参考信息。Objective To investigate value of ultrasound in detecting normal left gastric artery (LGA) and blood dynamic features of LGA. Methods Total 190 normal subjects, 97 males and 93 females, were examined by gray scale, color Doppler and high frequency ultrasound to detect LGA. The diameter, maximal velocity,minimal velocity,mean velocity, resistance index (RI) and blood volume of LGA were measured. Results LGA could be displayed by gray scale ultrasound in some of cases. Color Doppler and high frequency ultrasound were helpful in detecting LGA. RI of normal LGA was high, and increased in old age group. Conclusion Color Doppler and high frequency ultrasound are helpful in detecting LGA.
