摘 要:目的 :探讨螺旋CT三维重建 (3D)和多平面重建 (MPR)在骨盆骨折中的临床应用价值。方法 :对 2 5例骨折患者行螺旋CT扫描后进行 3D和MPR重建。结果 :3D在显示骨盆骨折的位置、范围、碎骨块移位、塌陷 ,尤其是不规则骨折线的走行等空间信息方面优于二维影像 ,但在发现未错位轻微的骨折方面稍逊于二维影像。结论 :螺旋CT 3D和MPR技术为复杂的骨折提供立体的空间病理解剖信息 ,指示手术入路 ,但二者必须结合应用才是诊断骨盆骨折的理想方法。Objective:To evaluate the clinical application value of 3-dimentional and mutiplanar reconstruction of spiral-CT in the pelvic fracture. Methods: Spiral-CT scanning and reconstruction with 3-dimentional and mutiplanar were performed in 25 fracture cases. Results:Mutiplanar and 3-dimentional reconstruction were better than 2-dimentional image in showing the region, range, shift of fracture and irregular fracture line. Conclusion:The 3-dimentional and mutiplanar reconstruction of spiral-CT could provide 3 dimensional pathologic and anatomic analyses to direct to choose operation way, which was a perfect method to diagnose pelvic fracture.
