摘　　要：四肢大血管损伤是常见创伤之一 ,2 0世纪 4 0年代以前 ,为了保全生命 ,主要采用血管结扎或截肢等治疗方法。 6 0年代以后 ,尤其是 80年代以来 ,处理血管损伤的原则是在保证生命安全的前提下 ,行血管修复 ,重建血液循环 ,恢复肢体功能。本期报告我战创伤中心 1 0余年来的一部分救治经验 ,其对四肢血管损伤的救治有一定参考意义 。Major vascular injury in extremities is a common trauma.?In order to save life,direct ligature or amputation is the major management before the 40s of 20th century.?After the 60s of 20th century,especially since the 80s,the principle of management of vascular injuries is firstly to ensure the life,then to repair the blood vessel, to reconstruct the blood circulation and to restore the function of extremities.?In this issue,the experiences accumulated in our trauma center for more than 10 years was reported.?It may be helpful for the treatment of major vascular injuries in extremities,but our treatment methods must be improved further.
