摘　　要：目的　探讨股动脉损伤的有效治疗方法。方法　对 4 9例股动脉损伤病例在手术清创和探查后 ,根据不同的情况 ,选择血管修复方法。采用自体静脉或人造血管移植 1 6例 (32 .6 % ) ,血管吻合 2 6例(5 3.1 % ) ,血管修补 7例 (1 4 .3% )。结果　死亡 2例 (4 .1 % ) ,肾衰 1例 (2 .0 % ) ,截肢 3例 (6 .1 % ) ,成功修复4 3例 (87.8% )。结论　股动脉损伤的救治应遵循“生命第一、肢体第二”的原则 ;迅速诊断、及时救治 ,快速有效地止血是救治重点 ;应强调对深静脉的修复 。Objective To research the effective treatment of femoral artery injuries in extremities.?Methods The management was selected according to the type of femoral artery injuries in 49 cases.?In sixteen cases,the injured arteries were reconstructed by auto vein or artificial blood vessel graft,26 cases by anastomosis,and 7 cases by direct suture.?Results Two cases died during the treatment.?Ampatation of the injured limb was pertormed in 1 case with renal failure and in 3 cases the injured lower extremity was amputated.?Conclusion The principle of the management of femoral artery injuries were ‘life first and extremities second’.?The correct diagnosis was the most important.?Rapid and effective hemostasis,and proper surgical treatment was given as quickly as possible.?The repair of the accompanying deep vein injuries and the infected artery injuries should be emphasized.
