摘　　要：随着国际分工的日益深化和产业结构的迅速调整,第三产业日益发展壮大。伴随着国际间经济交流的不断扩大,国际服务贸易异军突起,在各国国民经济中所占比重不断提高,其发展迅速超过了国际货物贸易。可以说,发展国际服务贸易并实现其自由化,将是21世纪国际经济合作的最重要内容之一。在当前我国已经加入世贸组织这个大背景下,认识国际服务贸易发展的新趋势,对大力发展我国的国际服务贸易是非常必要的。With the further growth of the international distribution and the rapid adjusting of the industrial structures, the 3rd industry has been developing dramatically. As the frequency of the international economic communication, the international service business has made a great progress, and the percentage it takes in national economy has risen up, which speed up the international commodity business. Thus, developing the international service business and liberalizing it will be one of the most essential tasks in the international economic coooeration of the 21~ st century. Now, with the China’s entry into the WTO, it is a must to have a good knowledge of the new trend of the international service business so that the international service business of China could take on a new took.
