摘 要:目的 :建立安神补心丸 (丹参 ,五味子 ,石菖蒲等 )中五味子醇甲和丹参酮ⅡA 含量测定方法。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法 ,使用C1 8柱 ,丹参酮ⅡA 流动相为甲醇 水 (80∶2 0 )检测波长 :2 70nm ;五味子醇甲流动相为甲醇 水 (5 0∶5 0 ) ,检测波长 :2 5 0nm。结果 :丹参酮ⅡA 平均回收率为 98.5 4 % ,RSD =1 .75 % ,n =6 ;五味子醇甲平均回收率为 99.0 5 % ,RSD =1 .77% ,n =6。结论 :该方法简便 ,准确 ,重现性好 ,可用于安神补心丸质量控制。AIM: To develop a method to determine the content of Tanshinone Ⅱ A and Schizandrol A in Anshenbuxin Pill(Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis, Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii,etc.). METHODS: HPLC was used to determine the content of Tanshinone Ⅱ A and Schizandrol A in Anshenbuxin Pill. The separation was performed on C 18 column with methanol water (80∶20) for Tanshinone Ⅱ A and methanol water(50∶50) for Schizandrol A, respectively. The detection wavelength was at 270nm for Tanshinone Ⅱ A and 250nm for Schizandrol A, respectively. RESULTS: The average recovery of Tanshinone Ⅱ A was 98.54%( RSD =1.75%, n =6) and the average recovery of Schizandrol A was 99.05%( RSD =1.77%, n =6). CONCLUSION: This method is simple, accurate with good reproducibility and can be used to control the quality of Anshenbuxin Pill.
