白矾的微波法煅制研究

摘　　要：目的 :采用微波干燥技术 ,研究一种快速、经济的白矾煅制方法。方法 :将一定质量的白矾置微波炉中加热 ,测定结晶水蒸发速度 ,然后从煅制效率和枯矾质量两方面与传统煅制方法、远红外方法、电热烘箱法进行比较 ,并初步建立了微波炮制品的质量标准。结果 :微波法煅制白矾速度快 ,生产成本低 ,枯矾外观及水溶性好 ,生产环境污染小。结论AIM: To establish an effective and economical processing method for high quality of Calcinatum Alumen with microwave heating. METHODS: A certain amount of Alumen was placed into microwave oven and heated, and its weight was determined by electronic balance every one or five minutes. The quality (appearance, aqueous solubility, water content) of Calcined Alum by microwave was compared with those of products prepared by traditional method, far IR, and electric oven. Moreover, the stability of Calcined Alum in several kinds of package were investigated at room temperature. RESULTS: The microwave for the processing of Alumen has the advantage of rapidness, low cost, and less water content, and its product could be dissolved completely in water. CONCLUSION: Microwave is a practical technique for Alumen processing.
